I have been training my body for 2 years, i am a 16 year old with a great phisique and almost the best looking and biggest looking lats on youtube.

The way i train my lats REVEALED.
How often do i train my lats?
Monday - Lats
wednesday - Lats
Saturday - Lats
On monday i use heavy weights for the Mass.
On wednesdays i go light for maximum Defenition.
On saturdays i go med for a bit of both Defenition and Mass.
My 3 main exersice.
Lat pull downs.
Rowing machine.
Cable machine one arm rowing.
Each exersice 6 sets
Mondays - 6 sets heavy weights. 2-5 Reps
Wednesdays- 8 sets Light weights 8-16 Reps
Saturdays - 6 sets Med Weights 6-8 Reps.
